Return & Refund Policy

INDSO products are personal care formulations. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Please read this policy before placing an order.

When we will replace or refund

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

• The product arrives physically damaged (broken seal, cracked jar, crushed packaging)
• You received the wrong item
• An item is missing from your order
• The product has an observable quality defect, unusual separation, contamination, or abnormal appearance

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

How to raise a claim

Email us at contact@indso.in with the subject: Order Issue — [Your Order Number]

Include your name, order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem. We respond within 2 business days.

Resolution

Depending on availability and the nature of the issue, we will offer:

• A replacement at no additional cost
• Store credit valid for 12 months
• A refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days)

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once a dispatch confirmation has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, email contact@indso.in immediately with your order number.

Sale and promotional orders

All sale and promotional purchases are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds — except where a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective as described above.

Allergic reactions

We provide full INCI ingredient lists on every product page and on packaging. We recommend a patch test before first use. Returns cannot be processed on the basis of allergic reactions, as individual skin responses vary.

COD orders

To cancel a COD order, email contact@indso.in on the same day the order is placed. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and payment will be due on delivery.
