This website (indso.in) is operated by Zero India, parent company of INDSO, The Independent Society. "INDSO", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zero India. "You" refers to any person who accesses or uses this website.

By using indso.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and place orders. By using indso.in, you confirm this.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@indso.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Formulations, ingredients, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

INDSO products are cosmetic formulations. They are not drugs or medicines and do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition. Full ingredient (INCI) lists are available on each product page and on packaging.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout via our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error; any payment collected will be refunded in full.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order. including orders that appear fraudulent, bulk or resale orders, or orders we cannot fulfil due to stock unavailability.

6. Intellectual property

The INDSO name, logo, product names, all copy, imagery, packaging design, and brand identity are the exclusive property of Zero India and are protected under Indian intellectual property law. No content from indso.in may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially used without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use indso.in to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity
  • Infringe on our intellectual property or that of others
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems
  • Scrape or harvest data from this website without consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
