Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery within India
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote and difficult-access areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates. Delays due to weather, logistics disruptions, or local conditions are outside our control.
Shipping charges
Applicable charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds, when active, are communicated on the website and at checkout.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can also email contact@indso.in with your order number for a status update.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/house number, street, PIN code, and phone number — is complete and accurate at checkout. INDSO is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Failed delivery
Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or an inaccessible address, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us at contact@indso.in immediately with photographs and your order number. If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours. We will raise an investigation with our logistics partner.
International shipping
INDSO currently ships within India only. International shipping may be added in future. If you are ordering for an Indian diaspora address, write to us at contact@indso.in, we will do our best to assist.
High-volume periods
During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated via email and SMS.
