Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (5%) is the most stable form of Vitamin C available in skincare. Unlike pure ascorbic acid which oxidises quickly, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid converts to active Vitamin C after absorption and stays effective. At 5% it inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin overproduction, while simultaneously providing antioxidant protection against the UV and pollution that create new dark spots daily. Niacinamide (4%) is the second highest Niacinamide concentration in the INDSO range. It inhibits the transfer of melanin to skin cells, regulates sebum and visibly reduces pore appearance. These two actives together are the most clinically studied brightening combination in cosmetic dermatology.
Salicylic Acid (1%), the highest concentration in the INDSO range, clears the congestion that makes skin look dull from within the pore. Calendula Extract reduces the post-inflammatory redness around dark spots. D-Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) supports barrier hydration. Aloe Vera soothes. Orange and Lemon extracts provide citrus-derived antioxidant support. Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, an encapsulated Vitamin C derivative, provides an additional stable Vitamin C source for sustained brightening through the day.
